What makes a great family

C-O-O-L FAMILY

Have you ever thought about what makes a great family?  It  could be cleaning each others room or cooking for other people  or doing something fun  together. All family's can be different. Not every family has a mom and dad or brothers or sisters. Not every family lives in a house.  A family is loving and supportive. It's really great because you could go to a place and have fun there or you could play video games. It's fun that you can have a family.  I like my family, they're great. We do lots of stuff and I really like it so much. We cook stuff and we have fun with other family members. It's  good we have a whole lot of family. I like my family. And they can play games.  They also help with your homework. It's really good to have a great family and it could be playing outside. They can also take you on a trip. It's good and I hope you like your family too. You can also have pets like dogs, cats, and lizards.

Martin Luther King Jr. had  a dream that all people would be treated equally.  So they can be free and never do bad things to the u.s .  They wanted to have the same rights of everyone.  Check out history.com to read more about it. You could also check out the social welfare History project for even more information. that king made us believe in racial equality.

New recipe

Today I'm going to share a new recipe that I found online on foodnetwork.com. It sounds really yummy!  It's called Indoor S'more sundae and it's courtesy of Melissa d'Arabian.

Ingredients

Graham cracker crust:
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 5 whole graham crackers)
3 Tbs butter, melted
2 Tbs sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Salt

4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Quick chocolate sauce:
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbs whole milk

Directions
For the graham cracker crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, cinnamon and a sprinkle of salt together in a bowl. Firmly press the crust into muffin tins to make individual crusts. Top each crust with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Press the mini marshmallows into the ice cream, covering the scoop completely. You will have 4 s'more "domes". Freeze at least one hour. For the quick chocolate sauce: Immediately before serving, heat the broiler to low. Toss the chocolate chips with the milk in a ramekin or small bowl and microwave 30 seconds, stir until smooth and set aside. Place the s'more domes under the broiler until marshmallows brown, about 30 seconds. Watch them constantly as they burn easily.  Place each s'more on a plate and drizzle with the chocolate sauce.

I made this at Thanksgiving. I hope that you make it too.
